NSCAD or CONCORDIA?

I'm planning on going to art school in a year to get a BFA // bachelor of design.

I've been acepted to NSCAD (the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design) -  which is supposed to be a great school...but do I want to live in Halifax?

Id love to live in Montreal -  is the fine art (design major) at Concordia any good?
